Constructed in horizontal layers, The Seasons evokes a succession of planes\u2014fields, horizons, luminous expanses\u2014without ever seeking a literal representation. The composition instead suggests a memory of the landscape, a sense of natural cycles and seasonal rhythms.<\/p>\n
The canvas was reworked in 2025, enhancing the balance of the composition and its chromatic depth. Successive layers of oil paint, applied with brush and palette knife, create a dense and vibrant texture.
