All artworks for sale on BelArt Gallery come with a certificate of authenticity. Furthermore, all editions (painting, prints, sculptures etc.) are numbered and signed by the artist.
Not always, as sometimes they have already been sold! If the work has been sold, this is indicated on the artwork page. If you are unable to find another work that you love, do not hesitate to get in touch as we can suggest other works by our artists. Some of our artists also accept commissions!
Absolutely. Some artworks are already framed. If the work is not framed, when you make a purchase, you can let us know that you want the work framed. We will make sure we find the perfect frame for you.
The dimensions of the work are specified on the artwork page. Any further questions? Please get in touch - we're here to help and we can send you images to give you a better idea of the dimensions of the work.
The image is an accurate depiction of the artwork. We can send you additional images on request.
The works are packaged by the gallery and follow a standardised packaging process. We make sure the work is properly protected.
After the payment has been processed, delivery takes from 7 to 21 days on average, which leaves time for packaging and shipping. This may vary depending on the potential framing of a work and the distance between the Gallery's location and your home. Whatever happens, we will keep you updated.
Depending on the destination and the size of the work, we use delivery companies such as DHL or UPS, or specialist art delivery companies.
We deliver everywhere, or in any case all countries that our delivery companies operate in! Any concerns? Do not hesitate to contact us, as we will be able to find a solution for delivery.

We will deliver to the address you gave on your order. Generally we set the delivery date with the person who will receive the work and whose name you gave. If it's a surprise or a present, let us know!
To buy an artwork, you have to click on the button "Buy this Artwork" which is found on all artwork pages. You will then be redirected to your Cart. Once you have clicked 'Proceed', we will ask for your details to organise delivery, and then ask you to choose your method of payment . Once the payment has been processed, you will receive confirmation from our payment process.
All credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express etc.), Paypal and bank transfer.

When you make an online payment to BelArt Gallery, we receive pre-validation from your bank which confirms that the money is available in your account. Banks generally hold this money in your account until the final part of the payment process, but rules vary. Check with your bank to find out more.
Of course. Before the work has been shipped, you can cancel your order by email. Once it's been shipped, the cancellation period begins 14 days after delivery. If the work has been shipped, we will only refund you once the work has been returned to the gallery in its original condition.
No problem! You have 14 days after delivery of the artwork to notify us. You will be refunded once the artwork is returned to the gallery. In the case of a return after cancellation, you are responsible for packaging the artwork. BelArt Gallery does not cover return shipping costs.
Some products (limited edition, customized artworks etc) are excluded from the return policy.
Contact us as soon as you notice the damage. Take photos to show us the current state of the work and we will make a decision together.
According to the extent of the damage, we can either repair the work, or you can return it and you will be refunded. BelArt Gallery covers the costs of repair and transport in case of damage during delivery.
You will be refunded after the work has been returned to the gallery.
