Aykaz Arzumanyan

Armenia • Abstract Artist

Aykaz Arzumanyan hails from Yerevan in Armenia and has become an acclaimed figure in contemporary art circles. His childhood years spent beneath Mount Ararat and beside Hrazdan River deeply impacted how he views nature as subject matter for artistic representation.

In 1993, Arzumanyan relocated to Russia where he studied art law at MGOU University. This period proved invaluable in deepening his understanding of art world dynamics and legalities while his participation in Russia's vibrant art scene including organizing international exhibitions laid the groundwork for future endeavors.

France drew Arzumanyan into its vibrant artistic culture in 2004, prompting him to relocate there and embark on a new chapter in his career. Today he is widely respected for his contributions to plastic arts; operating out of his studio there--a center for artistic innovation. Arzumanyan's artwork features meticulous brushstrokes with modern abstract designs; his art can lead viewers deeper than superficial beauty: each piece offers insight into emotional depths as well as aesthetic pleasure.
