The Abstract series allows Tarek to explore all the graphic possibilities of geometric art, whether it is inspired by Native American, Arabic, Pythagorean, or post-modern influences. He has chosen to continue his pictorial exploration in new directions where color becomes the central theme.

Tarek has always been drawn to the work of artists such as Miro, Kandinsky, Klee, Klimt, Malevitch, the Constructivists, Cubism, and, of course, Mondrian. Most of the works in this series have been painted using acrylic and Posca paint markers.

Light plays a significant role in this new series, highlighting its importance in the artistic expression.
